So this is slightly off-beat, but I want to have a tea rather than a formal event. Since I'm partially in charge of the hospitality suite, I'm prepared to (tentatively) offer the overflow room sometime Friday or Saturday, either mid-afternoon (Friday?) or mid-morning. I'm just thinking it'll be a loosely structured gathering for maybe an hour or so. (I'm also thinking we might be able to open up the overflow room for similar gatherings, though it may take some work.)
